Is it coming for Pc and when?
As i understood in WE8 you can't do elastico and ravona shot , that is only posssible in "WE8 LIVEWARE EVOLUTION".

Nah mate, WE8: LE is only for ps2 and is only in Asia. SO you will have to wait for PES5 or WE9 to do the Elastico, but you can do the Rabona in PES4 and WE8 just hard to pull off.

Ravona shot is a shot technique where the player cross one foot behind his other leg and shoots/lobs the ball with the crossed leg.

His legs would be in a shape of x, to help u picture it.
