There can't be a bin for PES3, there is 7 non-editables and you would have to change one editable palette to obtain 7 and the studs are wrong, as my screenshots show.

and what did you expect? they are WE7 boots, works with PES3 too (but with strange studs like Scott wrote)

I have installed Scotts boots from Lomungtung( We 8) on my Pes 3 game and the pallete seems to be wrong ........why??????

^cant have only 2 editables, it must be either ALL noneditable OR 4 noneditable (for pes3)
