just download the boots from mayors link - export the bmps and the palette of the bins - open photoshop - open the bmps - load the palette (act) >> coloured boots ;)

Only 2 editables :(

or if you don't have photoshop import them to PES3/WE7:I and open in graphic studio, browse to boots and drag&drop boot texture into main window, then check only RGB mode and using right click drag&drop palette from palette slot into boot texture, then just save colorized texture wherever you want

Here are the coloured editables, same colours in the bin file for editables. Lomungtung was being slow for me, couldn't get 1kb/sec on my modem.
