WE2002 english language patch

I've bought the japanese version of WE2002 for PSX but it's very hard to play because I don't understand japanese... Does anyone know where I can download an english language patch for the game?

Download the WE2002 patch from http://iss.fifartwc.rr.nu and you will have World Cup squads for the teams and english text...
