Hi,


I have a bmp file and I import it into a .bin file
making the proper adjustments for transparency however
when I get into the game there is a thin ring of the
transparent color that shows up - even though I made
it transparent and shows up as such in in WE Picture
Decoder v1.70 and other programs used to view the
file.

I have followed step by step instructions found on this forum and others, and yes this problem persists.

Has anyone ever encountered an issue such as this in
your work?

Any suggestions?

yes mate I used to get this problem 2. What you need to do is make the transparent colour the same as the colour of the kit, E.g for man utd change to black. for liverpool new away change to yellow. It shouldnt happen then boss.
