WCSA10 has stop working

Hi I have posted this yesterday but i cannot find it. My Fifa10 function perfectly until the part where it must advance to the game. If i select advance to game it show a windows error that WCSA10.exe has stop working, kindly assist.

just delete the wcsa10 folder contents in my documents and re generate the fat I think it will help..
