Probable line-ups:


The game will be played at Ullevaal Stadion, which is in very bad shape at the moment.

Worth noting:
  • Pavel Nedved has decided to play for the national team in the matches against Norway to help his team qualify.
  • Jan Koller (CZE) is injured and cannot play.
  • The pitch is in bad condition

My guess is that this one will be a draw (not a big surprise since Norway is playing).

I expect a rather boring match, actually a very boring match where both teams will be happy with a 0-0 draw, a result that I wouldn't mind either.

Yeah, i also expect a very boring match. I have the impression that we will concentrate more on not conceding a goal, than winning the match (but I understand the whole away goal situation). But I think it's kind of a sad playing style: trying to play 0-0 at home, then playing even more defensive away, and try to score on the one or maybe two chances we will get there.

We have tried this before, without succeeding. Let's try to play like Rosenborg do in CL, and try to control the matches more. If Rosenborg can control a match against Real Madrid, then certainly Norway (with the form players they have) can control a match against Czech Republic.

Grygera is a centre back too but he's being played right back too.

oh man what a terrible pitch. Only 1/3 of the pitch has grass.

The Czechs clearly are more skillful and experienced... Norway's trying to get back into the game but they're not creating anything.

Yeah, he is still around. He is at FC Copenhagen at the moment. But in my opinion he is far from good enough to be in the national team.


Think we were extremely bad today, didn't even have shoot on goal. But it was quite expected. Hopefully we will be much better on Wednesday, after all we are much better away than at home.:$
