im pretty impressed with argentina. The vast majority of the players have shown great quiality. on the other hand, i reckon Mexicos biggest problem is ball possesion. pierden el balon super estupido.. + most the the offense plays like ****...

I say we'll win 2-0 this one, Saviola and Sorin to score, however it will be as tough as heck, but will very entertaining. I don't see Mexico's attack doing much against Ayala and Heinze, if they leep their latests performances.

i dont expect mexico to win but ; who knows anything can happen ; also when was the last time argentina beat mexico tha wasnt in penaltys; i feel mexico ( le ha tomado la medida a argetina); but anyways i dont think mexico can win this one ; not because mexico sucks; but more because i dont see rival in this world cup can beat argentina; they are going all the way; but common mexico lets go for the miracle ; "si se puede"

Hard to call because as has been said, anything can happen. Bookings and maybe red cards will decide this one. Argentina are due for a fall. It might not be this game but it will come thats a certainty. Mexico have only lost 5 times in the last 14 matches between these two teams, and I would suggest that Mexico's showing in the World Cup so far will bear no relevance in this one. Both teams will come out guns blazing so at least it should be a fiery encounter. I cant see 22 men being on the pitch at the end though.

That'd be a good lineup but Torrado will start, you just know Lavolpe is going to have 2 DM's back there. Apparently Zinha is also a doubt, his knee is flaring up again so if he plays, it'll probably be as a sub in the second half. Also, I would keep Kikin on the bench until at least the 2nd half, I don't Borgetti will be able to last the 90 minutes or more should we tie.

Pede, even if Hugo could still play, he never played anywhere near the level he showed at Real for the NT. I guess that means he'd fit right in with this team.
