Johnson was out there for a good half hour, and in that time he didn't have one good touch. I was calling for him to come on as much as anyone, but he was sh*t. You have to do what you can with the chances you're given.

He's blaming it all on Arena and I agree with him.

If Bruce Arena won't be fired after this dreadful coaching performance on the biggest stage then USSF needs to rethink what their goals are for this national team.

Our players were underprepared and didn't look ready mentally or physically (despite what the moron Balboa said "US is one of the fittest teams" :|) for this World Cup. You can't blame that on the players, you have to blame it on the coaching staff.

Donovan would of been a lot more effective in a 4-4-2 with two forwards and him right in behind LIKE WE PLAYED ALL THROUGH QUALIFYERS, I MEAN WHAT THE F*CK!! WHY DO YOU ALL OF A SUDDEN CHANGE YOUR SYSTEM BEFORE THE WORLD CUP AFTER ALL THE SUCCESS YOU HAD PLAYING A 4-4-2 FOR PRETTY MUCH THE ENTIRE QUALIFYING PHASE. WHAT A F*CKING MORON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

He needs to be fired, please God let him be fired PLEASE! You can't tell me there isn't an European coach out there who doesn't want this job. USSF is loaded, they can offer very nice contracts to just about anyone who is looking for a job. One thing is for sure there are about 1000000000000 (notice that's more than the human population on planet Earth so I'm suggesting that even some animals would of done a better job) managers that would of done a better job managing this team then Arena did. He played the wrong system, put players in the wrong positions on the field and just didn't have them ready.

The problem is even if we had what most would consider a good tournament. Say, tie Czech, tie Italy and beat Ghana, it wouldn't make any difference either. Even if we won the world cup, it wouldn't make a hell of a lot of difference. America would be into soccer for a year and that would be it. Just like in 2002. Americans would just say, "oh, so we're good at soccer now, too. great," then they'll tune into a few MLS games and get bored out of their minds and just tune in every 4 years for the world cup.
