Warning re. ordering flip-tops!

Don't freaking choose USPS priority mail when ordering from PS2Cover.com. I ordered mine on the 3rd and it hasn't even been mailed yet so I'm looking at Saturday (the 9th) at very best. This means (with no post on Sunday) that it will take over a week.

How on earth is 8 or 9 days (that's assuming they mail it out today - checked this morning and they haven't even shipped it yet!) "Priority mail". For real, I've had packages from relatives in England arrive faster than this by regular mail!

If PS2Cover.com don't have the items in stock they could at least have sent an email. Given they took the money out of my account on the 4th you'd have figured they'd have shipped it by now. But nope, not even mailed yet. Either this company is freaking slow, freaking inefficient or rip-off merchants.

This is how the story really goes!

Wrong, wrong, wrong.

6th August - Jumbo drives from CT to the PS2Cover.com main warehouse. Bitchslaps a few people for being so slow. Picks up fliptop for The Wolf. Drives down to Texas the same day and delivers flip-top to The Wolf who in gratitude lets him take a few cute Southern girls back to New England with him.

7th August - Police call round The Wolf's house asking if they know who mysterious figure who bitch-slapped PS2Cover employees was. The Wolf says yes he does and he also heard the "mysterious figure" kidnapped some local girls and drove them against their will back to CT.

8th August - Jumbo arrested. Makes CNN news. Tells the world he blames it all "on the boogie". Judge decides that's a reasonable excuse. Let's him go. Jumbo becomes polygamist and marries the Southern girls he "kidnapped".

9th August - PS2Cover.com mail The Wolf's original order. Wolf still mad so sends it back with note saying "stuff your flip-top". Wolf so delerious that he accidentally also mails the second one Jumbo bought down also. Now The Wolf has no flip-top.

10th August - The Wolf orders a flip-top from PS2Cover.com Makes a mistake in choosing USPS priority mail rather than 2nd day air.

13th August - The Wolf is very pissed. No sign of his flip-top.

etc. etc. etc. etc. etc.

I would just like to make another note for anyone that might get a flip top...

before you order online.. check your local gaming stores first.

I got mine at a local gaming store. I don't think most people should have to order online. it seems like most here think you do.. that's not true. just wanted to make that clear.

Humble pie!

Ok, I feel suitably embarassed. TURN AROUND ON THE HIGHWAY NOW JUMBO MAN, TURN AROUND!

My flip-top came today after all making it 4 days from ordering to delivering using the USPS priority option.

Would talk more but halfway through humble pie.
