i am making a patch, that will include wales, and other countries such a latvia, bulgaria and the netherlands. but the main focus on the patch is to update for the new season, this is a list of what the patch will include:

2004/2005 Pre-Season Update

Updated English Leagues (With Promoted And Relegated Teams)
Updated Major European Teams (Real Madrid, FC Porto etc.)
Added New English Non-League (42 Teams)
Added New International Teams (Updated For Euro 2004)
(eg. Latvia, Netherlands, Bulgaria, Wales)
Updated Ratings

New Faces For Selected Sides (Requests Welcome)
