Hi,
When I wake up in the mornings I feel slow, very sleepy,
I actually want to revert that.
Does anybody knows how to wake up faster in the mornings?
so I can feel with more energy, and be more alert?

Then when your alarm goes slap the towel over your face

Or atleast have the decency (and appreciation of technically gifted musicians) and put on some Meshuggah. THAT will wake you the fu*k up. (H)

I'll bet you don't get eight hours sleep.

Other things:

- Don't eat before you go to bed
- Drink more water
- Have fruit for breakfast (or at least a smoothie) plus some cereal or summet, something that will fill you up.

After a week you'll be fine.

I don't sleep much. I'm usually awake till 4:00 am and sometimes I just go to university without sleeping at all followed by 2-3 hours of sleep in the afternoon ofcourse. Surprisingly it doesn't lower my concentration level..
I know it's not healthy but I got used to it and it's more like a way of life for me :S
About waking up, it's a pain in the ass for everyone I guess. Just remember that you have duties that you cannot ignore and force yourself out of bed. Take a cold shower or something, and you're all set :)
