Vaportrails29 these are awesome kits but i got 1 little complaint but i think it might be major to you.

the textures you are using are awesome, but the fold/crease/wrinkle in the middle of the shirt where the sponsors logo is too big, its too much too noticeable. I understand shirts get wrinkled when players play, but it stands out too much when it should be more sutble. At first when i saw each individual kit i thought they were awesome, but then when you see the Man U vs Arsenal screenshot, it just sticks out too much when the wrinkle is on more then 1 player. Now of course there is no way to assign differnt shirt textures for each player (hmm EA should maybe figure how to add that into next years game :) ) but i just think you should tone the middle wrinkle down a bit.

In that other screenshot with Butt and Gilberto's backs, you cant tell they are wearing the same texture, thats because nothing noticeable sticks out. So just a tiny bit of advice for all the kit/texture makers, to make the kits their best, try to avoid wrinkles/folds/creases that stick out. :)


I hope i am in no way discouraging you to make more kits because these are awesome, there is tiny problems with the logo on the Man United shorts that need to be stretched vertically, but other than that, they look amazing keep up the good work.

Thanks bro for the kind words.

As for the textures, right now i dont have many to pick from. 2GK just came about less then a week ago so I dont have many textures to work with.

I have like 50 from 2003 and I have tried to convert them, the sleeves become very blurry when doing so. I have no idea how to make new textures. So It's a waiting game right now. Fede is a master at making them and he will have some before to long. Dap is also an amazing texture maker, but from what I have heard he will not be making any for fifa 2004.

alright, the textures aren't all that great...are there any foreseeable FD textures coming out?
anyway, the work on top of the textures is what's actually important art-wise, and you're still one of the best, VP...keep it up, mate! the ajax away kit is pure class :)

Thanks Mocas, I dont think there will be FD textures from Dap. Next time I get him on msn Im going to pick his brain somemore for texture tips, or just drive him crazy until he starts to make them again. LOL
