I neeed help. Can someone create a video settings raptor..(like the one that guy created for the demo) I want to change the detail level for the game...It was impossible to change it as the full game does not let you change it...So far I tried using the advice and information from people of this forum on how to configure the ini file manually but after modifying it(after listening to precise instructions) the game doesnt run at all.....I know you guys in Europe and North America will get the full version on the earliest 4th November but if u experience the same problems as me and can fix it then pls help a fellow FIFA gamer (since FIFA International) out.....

its quite easy , create a file called locale.ini at fifa 2004 base folder then put this inside ( its a text file )
RESOLUTION = 1024x768x32
RENDER_QUALITY = 2
WINDOWED = 0
VSNYC_MODE = 3
RENDER_EVERY_AI_FRAME = 1
Thats is my configuration
BTW also you can HEX edit the file at "My Documents\FIFA 2004\user\profile0" and make sure that Quality=2
Also using the locale.ini trick will work and when you save the profile it will save the quality, also this way you can change any setting like game speed ( this time for me is perfect , dunno why people say that its too slow , its more like the old PES , PES3 is way too fast so fifa 2004 its now better )
