Ears, more closer to head and fix their shape, jaw more massive, lower part of his faces (jaws) too thin, according to first pic make them a little more square. eyes more rounder, maybe make them a little more closer, too wide part (line from hair to eyebrows too wide, make them thiner), lower lip looks like has to be more bigger and try to open his mouth or jsut show in game.
