I have problems with megaupload lately, if rapidshare is good for you I will upload those packs there... as for Brandao and Jallet, yes probably will

You need CM09 not 08 to put these faces in the game, and importing is very easy... first load the head model, then the texture and the hair files, and again the head model at the end, save and exit
