It's not my turn, but i can explain you how can u install faces into fifa08.
First of all, you need a fifa08 without patches.
After you need a big gui.
You can create a new big file with the big gui: with this name:zdata_44
After you can import the 3 files into the zdata_44.( edit-->import). After run a Fath BH builder, and you can see your player in the fifa!
Remember, that you mustnt put patches into the fifa, if you want to install the faces in this way!!! And dont substitute 1gf player with a 2gf player in the game!
