User CP menu incomplete

MY User CP menu is not as it's supposed to be.
On 'Edit Avatar', the field where I can add a custom avatar is not present.
I've tested with explorer, opera and mozilla.
If I log on with my friends account, the custom avatar field is present.

what's wrong?

this was a problem yonks ago, i thought someone had fixed it.

Yeah I had that too but it was fixed in the end and I can select a custom avatar now again.

Wait until one of the admins fixes it I think

Try change it now.

Other then changing something small, everything else looks ok. Display avatars is enabled.
