riiiiiiiiiiight.
Not like I see Chelsea and Liverpool all over FSC every freakin week already....

And Real Madrid are much more entertaining to watch that manUSA.

Who is Barca playing? Who is Bayern playing? Who are Milan playing? yes...who are Madrid playing? Id rather watch those games. espn and soccernet are too epl biased as it is.

Yes but you see those teams playing ****ty EPL teams not eachother ;)

Bayern vs. Club Brugge
Barcelona vs. Udinese
Schalke vs. Milan (on FSC on Thursday night (Y))

out of those games only Barca vs. Udine I would see over Chelsea vs. Liverpool/Man U vs. Benfica

**** off, it's better than watching Real Madrid for the 4th season in a row every single week.

Don't worry either, neither of these two teams will make it to the 2nd round anyway.

I hope you're not talking about Chelsea and 'Pool, have you seen the rest of their group?

He's right, last year's two semi-final legs were mindnumbingly boring.

I take it you're one of those people that only enjoys football if it's attacking all the time for 90 minutes :nape:

uhhhhhhhhhh
is there another kind? :nape:

chelsea pool ARE BORING games no matter how you slice it- by last year standards. Not to mention that its not like its a rare game, theyre already prolly going to play each other 4 times in england alone

yea, that's the main reason, the semi-final leg produced a grand total of 1 goal for both teams in two games, not exactly incredible

my other reason is that they already play each other at least twice domestically, so it's not that rare of a matchup. In the champions league, I prefer watching teams that rarely play each other. But that's just me.

yea ESPN 2 sure did a disservice today by showing that boring Man U-Benfica game. All we were rewarded with was beautiful attacking football, some solid defense, John O'Shea looking like a fool, a beautiful, beautiful free kick goal, a vintage Ruud goal, and Cristiano Ronaldo just terrorizing defenders. Then again to tickle the fancy of some people maybe they should've showed that titalating FC Thun-Sparta Praha match. Tommorow what do we have on tap. Anderlecht vs. Real Betis, Artmedia vs. Porto, Fenerbache vs. PSV, Inter vs. Rangers, Rosenborg vs. Lyon, Real Madrid vs. Olympiakos, Schalke vs. AC Milan, and the ever boring Liverpool vs. Chelsea match. Heaven forbid ESPN 2 decides to show quite possibly the best team in the world vs. the defending European champions. Maybe they should show Real Madrid losing 4-0 to Olympiakos. Oh well.

Watching Real Madrid is boring.

I turn them on and I know what I am going to see.

-Poor defending
-Stupid English showpony
-Another Real Madrid defeat
-Brazilians

It is quite predictable.

To be fair to ESPN.... watching Real get beat 3-0 is entertaining...

i've to agree :( everyone can get fun watching Real Madrid, the fans and the haters. and the neutral side always gets some fun.
