US. xport USB connection problem

hey im having trouble connecting to my memory card what can i do to fix this and where can i find a file for winning eleven 7 us version PLEASE HELP!!!!

ok, i think what your problem might be, but first you gotta answer me one question. when you connect the pc and the ps2, DO YOU HAVE YOUR TV ON? does it say that the cd is loaded. if you just connected the ps2 and the pc without having the ps2 hooked to the tv, tell me and i'll tell you how you might fix it.

I just got my x-port and it works fine...cept I had to use my brothers PS2 as the x-port disc wouldn't load on my PS2

what problems are you having

yes my TV was on and the xport menu came up on the screen but it says WAITING FOR COMMAND

keep trying. The cd wouldn't load on mine either at first, but then i figured something out. While the cd was loading, i kept turing my ps2 and it started loading. then I tried it the normal way again and it wouldn't load. So every time I start up my x-port, i just keep turning the ps2 til the cd loads.
