Lots of bugs, but it's just the pre-beta.
I think itz like TCM each player specializes in something and has a weakness. And this is also affected by the level. So a level 13 with a -1 shootign ability still shoots better than a level 6 with a +1. But dunno.

The game is not like TCM, and it is not as simplistic as it looks.
The game is like Championship Manager in skills, though it does not have as many of them. The only difference is the way it is presented - the game picks the best skill attribute and the worst attribute and shows you. Onandi Lowe has never headed a ball home, I can tell you that much.
I am going to add a notes section so as each player trains/is scouted you can see how good he is in certain attributes. However, the scout and the programs don't neccessarily have to agree.
As for the Gk, Def, Mid, Att - Goalkeeping is certainly a skill attribute, but for Def, Mid, Att - this was the basis of the earlier game, but now they are more of an awareness. If Owen's in the attacking zone along with, say, Jerzy Dudek, you're going to mark Owen if it's a 2-on-1 and you're a defender. It sort of works like that.
