I don`t think it will happend. UEFA is in the charge of European club teams no matter how much money you have but you cannot change the rules of UEFA no matter how much money you have, at least I think this way.

What I really find stupid is why would American buy a European club team ?? I`m sure he doesn`t even know what a throwin means for gods sake UEFA should just ban them.

Football is getting a very bad reputation because of this, Americans trying to get involved in everything..
