Unreasonable?

OK I get promoted to the premier division with burnley, first game of the season, Liverpool (Great huh).

I lose 4-2, two goals conceded in the last 2 minutes, and the board say they were disappointed with the teams performance despite some getting 8s and 9s?????

Harsh reality of life mate, a win is a win is a win and defeat is dissappointing in any boards eye

Thats increadibly unreasonable
There could be two reasons,
The board was disappointed at losing after such a great chance of a draw
OR
You have an incredibly impatient, harsh and heartless Chairman
Anyway good luck on the rest of your season

In light of the fact that Houllier has just won manager of the month and Liverpool are flying anyway now seems a touch harsh!!!

Maybe the board was just unhappy with the number of goals being let in...
I once lost 5-3 to Saints using Bradford..
The board was unhappy with the performance.
But I had 7 players on international duties...Dumb right...

And in that game I pratically used all my reserve that are available and even black names...(Adding the long injury list on)
I was also in my second season, just promoted and hence dun possess a huge squad..

So life's never fair...

i got W.B.A. in the prem and there board sucked they sacked me after i got them to the prem and did well, they sacked me the assholes

Some boards are very harsh, when my Millwall side drew 1-1 with Arsenal away my board weren't satisfied despite several 8s and 9s (and even a 10!!!)

is it me or is it that all div 1 clubs boards as tight as Mr Burns

Don't dis Mr. Burns he is the coolest Simpson's character.

My Millwall board were well happy when I won the first division and even happier when I won the treble They aren't that tight, just once or twice.

Most Division 1 boards are extremly tightm its becuase they don't have massive crowds so therefore they don' have th money to splash
