There is no way struggling clubs are going to decline any offers for their players, Falkirk could never get the £400k - £1m they regularly get for Mark Kerr in the game and clubs like River Plate would never turn down £10m for a player they have, unknown clubs too, would they really expect to get more than £50k for some of their players???

I hope the new game is more in tune with the current financial climate in football.

No more 3rd division players being sold for £1m

I know exactly what you mean and it spans from the tiny little clubs to the world class ones.

There is no way Lazio would turn down £60m+ for Mendieta or Paris SG £50m for Ronaldinho like they do in the game.

And yes it's rediculous for Falkirk to be turning down offers of £1m for Kerr.

I hope they do something about it aswell.

true if you offer about 1.5 mil for somone like Hadzimehmedovic, a fairly unknown 16 year old bosnian/norwegian and Lyn turn it down seems very unrealistic

How did you get a capacity of 50,000,000 or what ever it was, i thought that would have crashed the game.
P.s It is very true about the unrealistic valuation of players, but at the time of the games release the Transfer market was booming, people like Totti were being valued at £100m! The transfer market had rapidly changed since then thats why it seems so unrealistic now.
Not so long ago, Neil Mustoe (if anyone doesn't know who he is, he has played for Man Utd) was playing for Gloucester City for what ever they get paid here (about £40 for young players probably £300 a match for Mustoe) think about that compared to £3,000 a week, Bit of a step down!

Er, no, I started off around £600m in debt. Had to accept any offer. Lost a few players cheaply, but in 5-10 days, I had £300m in the bank
