They are unlucky sure but they are under acheiving big time. They opened Utd like a can of worms and thier comeback against Spurs was top-class. I dont think anyone can doubt that City have alot of skill but they play like a scrappy div 1 team. If city could somehow play like theirselves they might be looking at a possible champions league spot instead of the edge of the drop zone.
