Unlock Brazil in kick-off mode

could you explain how could I unlock Brazil with Fifa Editor tool or some other program?

It has national team creator. Just follow the same instructions for Bosnia for Brazil. If you are asking about moving the team from World Cup mode, it’s in a different database so you can’t do it that way

I mean Brazil was available since launch, but with World Cup update, EA removed Brazil from Kick-Off.
However, to not break any career saves, Brazil with its id 1370 still exists in squad file to this day, but no-one knows how to restore it.

All of this data already is both in db and squad files.
It's not like Bosnia or Japan where you'd have to do everything from scratch.
This team contains everything, graphics, data, loc strings.
So how this tool would re-add Brazil?
