Unable To Download Ecp Dbi 2.1

i am trying for the last 5 days but i am unable to download the ECP DBI 2.1.the cluster 3 at filefront.com is always full and when it is 96 % full and try to download it .the page cnnot be displayed message comes on scren.plz help required

The main ECP DBI zip is 8.58MB and the 1.2 patch is 300kb...so I can't send them to u .
