Tbh, if Scotland can just keep going and not try and imagine qualifying and just try and finish as high as possible - they have a good chance of getting a good seed in the next few qualifying draws.

I don't see them winning in France or Italy somehow.

However teams travelling to Scotland will be lucky to get all three points imo.

If they play with the pride, passion and fighting spirit I know they, they have every chance to qualify. On paper, they don't have the best team, but it is more than made up for by that 12th man, the crowd. You won't get a better crowd than them (equal with the Irish of course ).

Yeah, but class will always prevail in the end.

I think they will need France to lose in Italy, and either one to slip up in Ukraine to see them go through. But anything is possible and that scenario is quite likely for the Scots.

We shall see. But I think Scotland fans should not start dreaming beyond their capabilities and just take every game as it comes (to quote that tired old cliche.)

If Scotland win their matches, it doesn't matter how the others do. I wouldn't put it past them to get to the Euros. Smith has done a great job. Worst comes to worst they'll get a slightly easier group next time if they keep on performing.
