I thought both teams played well enough, but the side with the individuals won this time. Fulham are a better team, they were better organised and were generally getting things spot-on, but they didn't have the spark of guys like Aguero.

Shame for Hodgson, but congrats to Atleti.

The teams were pretty even I thought and Atletico weren't as effective as they could have been with the players they have but I guess that's been their story for a while.

i think fulham played well, they were great to get here and it was a warning for everybody that a smaller team can make a surprise, in my opinion Gera played well in this final, he did hist best
