hilarious how he took advantage of that ridiculous missed kick to be decisive in the winning goalFilipower;2987848 said:Haha, Cebola
Perotti's punch was a disgrace, but you are in no position to criticize how we played. We very nearly knocked you out, and you had the help of an offsides goal.Filipower;2990600 said:So, Sevilla's MMA team was pretty good today. Football one not so much.
F*ck it, we're through.

Yep, Kanoute's was a foul. Take those two away and you come into the second leg with one away goal, and we might have had extra time instead of deciding things on away goals. Purely speculative, though, and I'm not going to say Porto didn't deserve to go through. Just saying Sevilla were not outplayed, not even in the second leg. If those players you mention had been sent of, maybe they would have, but Sevilla gave Porto a scare in a match that seemed very much out of reach.Filipower;2990614 said:Kanouté's goal in the first leg was a foul. Alexis should've been sent off when he got the yellow card, Medel should've been sent off for the foul on Belluschi, Perotti should've been sent off for the punch. You outplayed us in the first leg, we outplayed you in the second.
nigga pleez, it's true that the result in Sevilla was harsh for you guys, but you were definitely outplayed today, we had like 6 CLEAR goal chances to finish the tie up!Sevillista;2990641 said:Just saying Sevilla were not outplayed, not even in the second leg.
Yes, Porto created many chances, but that was because we were in catch-up mode all match and played most of the second half with three, and then two defenders . It doesn't speak to your credit that Porto squandered so many opportunities. Regardless, scoring a goal would not have finished the tie up, it would have just meant ET if Sevilla scored again, which we were very close to doing a few times in the last 15 min. Porto were arguably the better side tonight... all I meant was that it was not by a significant margin. Fili made it sound like we played poorly, but I think we did well considering we needed two away goals against a strong opponent.MaSsiVe;2990717 said:nigga pleez, it's true that the result in Sevilla was harsh for you guys, but you were definitely outplayed today, we had like 6 CLEAR goal chances to finish the tie up!
your goal came out of nowhere right after Hulk had missed a(nother) glorious chance and then Palito being (very harshly) sent off did put us in danger but you can't deny that we played more than enough to get a confortable win in this game.
hopefully we were saving the goalfest for the CSKA clash
anyway it was an unbelievebaly intense match...dispite the result it was magical to be in the Dragão, I don't remember feeling such thrill in the stands in an european home game since the Schalke match.
