Stade de France would also be used as final stadium for Coupe de la Ligue. (Stadion Narodowy for Polski Puchar, Aviva Stadium for EA Sports Cup, Hampden Park for Scottish Cup, Luzhniki for Russian Cup etc.) So the idea is to have tournament specific adboards display for the newly converted stadiums too; but to also have normal concrete when playing a friendly international match.

I`ll convert it, but I`ll make some updates too. Around the pitch is wrong in original .o file. I make it like it is in real life. Where are the benches on the stadium, couse I don`t find in .o file? I don`t see it in some pics from real life too. Also I`ll need some program which can export .png from .fsh. The issue about the rest can be done with RM I think. specificstadium textures for teams, tournaments leagues and so on. This will be the easiest way to do that.

My one is the last one on that list. It's the original EA stadium for FIFA series, which I'd assume they would use for Stade de France now. (All specific stadiums were done originally from their .o/,fsh counterparts.)

I converted Olympia Munich it directly from FIFA 2003, so unlike this version:

there's no giant hole because of missing meshes...

I've managed to extract the stadium files (.rpsgl, crowd.dat, glare.bin) for the Ernst-Happel Stadion from the PS3 version of UEFA EURO 2008.
