Hmm I really think that the NG blue popups and scoreboard would be best option if you can do them.

Also, you can convert the kits from my update patch, they have all the official logos so you don't need to use fake kits

I can't convert Euro popups to FIFA 09.
Because popup size on 08 and 09 is different(Euro popup works on 08)

This is the Official Update Patch that I made for Euro 2008:

It doesn't update any Menu Graphics, but It has completely liscenced kits, minis, rosters as well as stadiums.

Now, only some kits are left. I imported 35 stadiums(+ EA Hidden). But only SMR and GER commentaries ingame
