Rapid lost in strength compared to last year (my oppinion). With Cristiano Bergodi as their new coach things don't seem to go so well for them, yet. But we never know what could happen They signed 2 good players from Brasil and a few other "not-so-bad" guys ...

if you avoid the really big names, i think you have a good chance ... after all, every game starts at 0-0.

True. Is Rapid a team who is possible to beat?

This is increadible.
In the first leg Litex Lovech beat Sliema Malta by 0-3
In the second leg by 4-0
Sliema didn`t have equipmnet so Litex could win the second game officially byt they gave the Maltian team theyr away equipment and the match started and finished 0-4
The fourth referee made some mistake and Lltex looses the match 0-3 officially but still qualify for the next round...If we had won the first leg by 0-2 or 0-1 what would have happened.

To win the cup? Absolutely no! If we get two teams in the group stage we should be pleased. And if one of those qualify for the next round I would rate that to be quite surprising. But if Brann really takes this competition seriously and don't only focus on the league, then they might reach a 1/8-final if they are very very lucky. Sorry, but I can't see Vålerenga advancing from the group stage if they get there (which they should), their performances this year are not good enough to do so. And Fredrikstad will get trashed already in the next round. But I hope that all the teams do well, because we so desperately needs those coefficient points.

I meant in the next round where teams like Villarreal, Bayern Munchen and Tottenham are waiting, not for the competition, im not stupid. By the way, VIF have been good in UEFA yet, and I think we have started now. We will get a nice end of the season.

Oh, okay, good. Well, in the next round I think all the teams have a fair chance of advancing unless we are unlucky with the draw. But Fredrikstad will get smashed by Hammarby anyway.

True, but I hope Fredrikstad can surprise like Tampere against Levski Would be nice with three norwegian teams in the group stage of UEFA, and Rosenborg in CL. Then we will not miss Lillestrøm at all

I think Vålerenga, Brann and Rosenborg are the best europe-team from Norway. I think we have a fair chance to reach 1/16

Isn't your fault that Levski is not the best team.. Tampere is a strong nordic team, just like Vålerenga. ;D

I hope VIF can do well in Litauen, and get some away goals, then we can be secure to go through, will be horrible if we lose now. To early!!

Crappy results for both Romanian teams, the lack of European experience showed, I still think both teams have a chance in the return legs.
