Sorry guys i had to delete the version i had originally uploaded and i havent had much luck in uploading this new one.
UCL UPDATE PATCH 2005 - UEFA Champions League ™ 2004-2005 Update Patch for FIFA 2005 DOWNLOAD NOW!!!
Features added to FIFA 2005:

Group 9. Conmebol (South America) - Top 4 will qualify - 5th playoff with 4th of N.America
Group 10. Concacaf (North America) - Top 3 will qualify - 4th playoff with 5th of S.America
Group 11. CAF (Africa) - Top 5 will qualify
Group 12. AFC (Asia) & Australia - Top 5 will Qualify

INSTALLATION:

1. BACKUP your Zdata's fifa.db, eng.db & gui/assets back, stadiums, kits, heads, logos & trophies folders
2. Run install .exe
3. Import Banners in "CLzdata/all" via Biggui into zdata01.big.
Except for banner 1374 & 1405 which must be imported into zdata12.big.
Rebulid each respective zdata after importing an individual fsh.file
4. Import ball id's 1 & 7 files into zdata18.big in "CLzdata/balls"
Rebulid each respective zdata after importing each ball id file set.
5. Import the CL Adboards (id 21, in "CLzdata/existing") into zdata17.big
Rebuild zdata17.big once imported
6. Import Kits, Faces & Transitions logos Via CC 2005, found in "CLzdata/all"
UCL faces' player names & id's in "CLzdata/players/UCL faces.txt" Team ID's in "CLzdata/Team ID's.txt"
7. Import Chants Via CC 2005* & set them for each respective country (as Generic Country chant) & each of the 32 club teams of the UCL 2004/2005 group stage (UCLAnthem.asf as an Intro chant)
*NB: Chants will only import with CC v.1.1.0.24
Also CC will remove double Commentary for certain new players, when you save any new files or settings.
In order to keep the double commentary, reinstall the installer once you have instaled all the art files.
Uninstallation:

Restore your original zdata's db's and gui/assets files in thier respective folder
