They won against Madrid 1-0 on aggregate (1-0 at Bernabeu, 0-0 at home), then they beat Juve 2-0 at Highbury and held to a 0-0 draw at Delle Alpi if i'm not mistaken, and then they beat Villarreal 1-0 at Highbury and drew 0-0 at Villarreal.

So yes, they did play defensive football to get to the final, that's a fact. Btw, the results are based on memory and memory only, so i could be wrong.

The way Arsenal are playig great this season, that's how they were totally lucky and playing holly defensive crap last season in CL..

They could of put 3 past Madrid in Madrid, at Highbury Arsenal pretty much ran the show. Juventus were ripped to pieces at Highbury.

You're right about the game in Madrid, but all in all- Arsenal last season in CL played like 100 times more defensive than they do now. It's a fact.
