Two steps:

1. Install UEFA Euro 2008 Fix
http://www.gamingaccess.com/index.php?news_id=11854

2. Update motherboard chipset driver.

I cant tell you that it will resolve your problem, but for many people it works. So maybe it will help you too :)

Hi MsVia,
I've a very similar problem. I downloaded the Yanush's fix but
I've not understood where to insert the file mini-image. This file contains
some files of installation but I already installed the game.
When I mount the image with Daemon Tool and start euro08.exe
I get the message to insert the original dvd in the driver.
Where am I wrong?
Thanks

1) Check your DAEMON DRIVE with EURO IMAGE
2) Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\EA SPORTS\UEFA EURO 2008, and check CD Drive & Installed From

These value must be the SAME

Thanks for the jewel suggestion MonkeyDragon. Now the game runs!
With this fix I can't resolve my problem. I have a good laptop with Vista
O.S. but the framerate of UEFA Euro 2008 always turns to 30 fps, even
if I down the resolution and the details. I don't understand...

Normally you are not have a powerful PC

IF you had , the fps during match(not replay) will not bellow 60 fps

If I had not a powerful computer, I haven't write this, don't you find?
Do you believe a pc with processor dual core 2+2 Gb, video card ATI
HD2600 and 2Gb of memory don't support a game like UEFA EURO 2008?
I also play at 60 fps with PES2008. It's this that I don't understand.
