I gotta say, even though Udinese has a really solid roster, Im shocked they took out Sporting and now outclassed an experienced Panathinaikos side. Cant wait for Barca match (C)

Udinese are one of the best counter attacking team in the world atm, no doubt about it.

If I had to describe Udinese's team in two words: Solid and effective.

they do, unless Ronaldinho pulls a crazy goal out of the hat, their defence may be solid enough to hold Barça's attack.

If they're consistent enough I can see them being the surprise of the CL this year.

Have you seen Sporting-Udinese game?

If Sporting had a more talentous player...that could pull a magic trick...the game wouldn't have stayed 0-1...Sporting made a massacre out there...the penalty for them doesn't exist...but what counts is the goals...Udinese almost do "catenaccio"...it doesn't matter the shots...matters the goals. And then they do fantastic counter-attacks...and their two forwards (Iaquinta and Di Natale are top class).

Now Barça has players that can do magic anytime anywhere. Ronaldinho, Deco, Eto'o, Xavi...but that defensive from Udinese...is awesome...I don't remember seeing a team defend so good like Udinese in my life...maybe only Chelsea.

Even if Udinese eliminated Sporting, my club...I want them to pass...because they are a fantastic game. Best of luck for them.

The match with Barca will be interesting, I'll certainly find a way to watch it. ALthough TBH even though they can give Barca problems, I'm still leaning towards a win for Puyol and co. especially if the coach wakes up and drops Oleguer.

Great to see Udine getting the recognition they deserve. Let's just hope the "big" teams don't take them lightly, or they will be in for a very very nice surprise
