Yea i must admit you guys were good defensively, and we didn't take some of our clear chances... The second leg however will be a different story, I don't expect Guus to sit back like he did today and we will have more spaces to work with... I think its gonna be a nervy second leg with alot of goals from both teams...

Well, not a bad match, would've been nice to get an away goal, but we've proven that Barca aren't omnipotent and Guus did well to stop them from scoring. No Marquez or Puyol next time, and Drogba controlled pretty much every ball he got, which gives me a lot of confidence for the next match. Great matches from Bosingwa, Mikel, Cech and most of the defense. We really played well defensively, and I think looking at the stats alone doesn't tell the whole picture. They clearly dominated offensively, but there were few clear-cut chances, althoughy even fewer for us.

Fnatastic match from Cech, really proud of him after that bad week a while ago, this is the man I'm used to seeing in goal. Lamps didn't do much at all, but we also barely attacked, understandable. Ballack and Essien did their bit in defense, but I wasn't overly impressed, Mikel did a much better job, IMO.

Next match should be good, 1-0 for us, Drogba/Lamps.

Has clear-cut chances had gone in, I'd say it could've been 3-1/2-1. This whole diving/refereeing thing is ridiculous, were we watching the same match? It was a physical match, moreso on our behalf, but cards could've gone either way, Puyol could've been sent off very easily in that off-side decision, which I didn't get btw. The off-side came after the foul, didn't it?

It was a physical match, moreso on our behalf, but cards could've gone either way, Puyol could've been sent off very easily in that off-side decision, which I didn't get btw. Haha no team can do anything with the 10 men you had in your box... I thought you hire new coaches to bring "beautiful, attacking football", such a shame with the players you got... Oh well, I wouldn't be too confident, because we have won at stanford bridge before and can do it again..

Chelsea decided they would sit back all match. Almost got punished for it but Cech was on fire today. Still, the tie is wide open, one goal they concede at the Bridge and it's going to look pretty chaotic for them.
