TV Scoreboard Changer

I re-installed the game but i cant use scoreboard changer in premiere league and bundesliga. Whatever i do i can't change their scoreboards. Please helps me. I try to fix this for 2 days and i couldn't do it. Also the registry fix link is broken. Can someone upload it?

Has anyone got the AFCON scoreboard that can be used for this app?

scoreboard changer has been working fine but then suddenly now import mis greyed out so cant select scoreboard. tyried to reinstall and still the same - any ideas?
