The transfers are blocked for all seasons career? I want them to be locked forever.

I only turn them off til the winter transfer window actually. When I get to that point I just set transfers = 1 in cmsettings.ini, regenerate and transfers work in my career

You can do that sort of thing in mid career? I've always found that something gets messed up in my CM and I have to start again to get such things to work.

To be completely fair, my transfer windows haven't been too bad at all, especially compared to last year!!

FIFA12 is no longer installed in my PC, so File Master does not work. If I enter the registry key by regularcat, my File Master crashes. FIFA 13 FULL CAREER MODE EDITOR 1.0_D+_pub don,'t change anything. Another solutions or step by step tutorial?

This is the mini-tutorial:

1. put file "cmsettings.ini" in "your Fifa13 folder\Game\dlc\dlc_FootballCompEng\dlc\FootballCompEng\data"

2. Open file "cmsettings.ini" with notepad and change string "Transfer = 1" to zero and save

3. open the program "FHL-BH-Editor", select "data1".

4. search the string "dlc\dlc_FootballCompEng\dlc\FootballCompEng\data\cmsetting.ini" and UNTICKED!!!!

5. Click su "Save Bh-File"

6. That's all

Guys, why to switch off transfers? If I play career of 3,4,5 years, line-ups many years always will be the same? It is interesting? Also, veterans will finish career, who and how them will replace? I don't understand, really. ))

Most people just want to disable transfers for first year or even just Career start.

Disable transfers using this method just for first year. After you pass first transfer period, revert all to default and winter transfers should work and all after that. Didn't test, but game should again look into the cmsettings.ini in data1.big and as default, see 1 instead of 0.

I think this is not possible.

I will try to play the first season only, just to play the european's competitions, but with stock teams and at the end, erase the save. I think this is the only way to justify a locked transfer modification.

Anyway, didn't work for me. I made some testes, regenerated, put files in right place and try to use the Fidel's MOD. Nothings works...

Off course it is possible. Just enable the transfers again in cmsettings.ini before the Winter Transfer periode or whenever you want again. It will surely work.
