I asked this question in the FIFA 07 editing thread, but nobody answered. I thought everybody might have moved to this one, so I'm gonna ask it again, just in case...

What determines whether a player's face appears as opposed to a silhouette? For example, I've edited two generic faces (or at least I think they're generic--DeRosario and Davis for Houston), and one went to a silhouette in the game (DeRo), while the other one still appears. I'm sure this is a basic thing, but I've searched the boards for awhile now and couldn't find anything (perhaps I'm using the right keywords). How do I get the DeRo face to appear again?

Anybody mind telling me real quick?

Thanks,
Nathan

Only Guessing but.....

if you look in the data\gui\assets.big file you will find the mini faces you see in the menu screens. The ones that begin 'heads/s_xxxx' are the mini faces for players with specific heads. The ones that begin 'heads/g_xxxxxx are the generic ones. at a guess I would say that the 6 digit number that follows the 'g_' are made up of the 2 digit codes for the head, face and hair. If your players face does not match any of these then the mini face defaults to h0 which is the silhouette. Like I said, it's only a guess but it seems to make sense
