How can I see how many goals a player has scored.
a player that not playing in your league of course.

You can't because players that are not participating in the same competitions as the manager's team don't accumulate any statistics. You need to form your own opinions on what constitutes the right attribute values for a goal scorer and then use third party tools to identify players that match your requirements (in terms of speed, acceleration, finishing, shot power etc.)
