transfers in Tournament Mode

I was just wondering how you make transfers in Tournament Mode. Let's say you want to play FIFA 11 in Tournament Mode. You picked Spanish League and a team from Spanish League. Then you started the season. In real world, lets say your team made a transfer in January and you want to make the same transfer in FIFA 11, your tournament mode, to play it like real time, right? But how do you make the transfer?

Help me please.

u cannot make a transfer in a running tournament mode........if u make any transfer in any team, the team will not be updated in the running tournament.....start a new tournament only then the team will show you the new team
