Transferring your own players out

I'm playing '09 on the Wii. The buying / bidding for new players is straightforward enough, but I don't get what you're supposed to do in order to sell existing players I don't need on my team.

The instruction booklet doesn't cover stuff like this, just the moves.

Why dont you put the status of the players you dont want in "sale"

I don't know how it is in the wii but on pc you just go to club transfer list and change their status to "for sale" or "for loan".
