Tranfering teams to different databases

Hello peoples.
Is it possible to transfer a custom team with all the players to another database? If yes, please show me how. Either tell me here or e-mail me on [email protected].

If you don't understand, this is what I mean:

DATABASE 1-----------------------------------DATABASE 2

team 1 FC>>>>>>>TRANSFER TO>>>> team 1 FC
------------------
I'd appreciate any valid help.

If you mean two different patches.... when using creation master you can export or patch something like a team and then import/patch again
