Training in manager mode + staff upgrade

1. I have a question about manger mode, fifa added training from last year again. I just don't know how I should schadule my trainings. I can have 3 training a week and there are 4 postions (and each has 3 different training type) so I should use rotation for those positons and training types or not?

training is effective or not at all?

1,2,3 means training type for ech postion

so is this good

week 1: gk (1), def (2), mid (3)
week 2: def (3), mid(1), for (1)
week 3: mid (2), for (2), gk (2)
and so on ...

2. And about upgrading staff, I heard it's usefull to upgrade fitness coach, is there any other important staff to upgrade?

It helps adding a point to players, so to enhance it's attributes. Say a player have 56, point. By playing and training, chances are it will increase the point faster, rather than simply rely on in-match experience.

I play by having once a week training session. But be careful with fatigue.
Your timetable maybe okay. Probably one or two of your midfield player will gain increase in terms of their attributes in two months. This is true to lower player, not the star player.

Do you mean fatique? Well probably you just decide 1 training session per week on match week. And maybe during off match week, you can increase the training session 2 or 3 day per week. It is up to you.

But you can do a lot more with MM09 - look at the stat and you know how to type 0 right? :biggrinx:
