1. I have a question about manger mode, fifa added training from last year again. I just don't know how I should schadule my trainings. I can have 3 training a week and there are 4 postions (and each has 3 different training type) so I should use rotation for those positons and training types or not?

1,2,3 means training type for ech postion
so is this good
week 1: gk (1), def (2), mid (3)
week 2: def (3), mid(1), for (1)
week 3: mid (2), for (2), gk (2)
and so on ...
2. And about upgrading staff, I heard it's usefull to upgrade fitness coach, is there any other important staff to upgrade?
