YELLOW CARD: Untrustworthy
Hahaha I remembe pogs, I remember kids always wanted the metallic cover one.

I bought comic cards and some special Michael Jordan cards, but not enought for it to be called a collection. I bought them because I just wanted to have of piece of that part of history.

I was 7. Collecting usable things is fine if you can afford it. A full bookshelf of music, films, games and books you love is very aesthetically pleasing.

The only thing I ever recall collecting were trading cards from the 1994 World Cup and subsequent NFL trading cards, which I saved in a shoe box (how cliche, I know). When I moved from my childhood home, it went missing and I never collected shit again.

Collecting is dumb IMO unless you are very wealthy. Pokemon is gay as hell and you are all queers.
I agree. I collected the pokemon cards when I was like 12 years old and even then I took some of the gayness out by extracting them from my schoolmates by extortion.

I collected all sorts of cards when I was younger. Never got into pogs though, haha. I never saw the point of those when my friends were collecting them. Never bought any Warhammer things either.

None of it was gay, I was a little kid.

Warhammer was good in the early days, but they soon found out that regular rule updates got people to buy more and more at ever-increasing prices. Quite frankly, you can play a basic version of 40K with Airfix or Revell soldiers, or even Lego Men! But Games Workshop are like Apple, you've got to have the latest and the best otherwise you are not cool.

My eldest son and I have long discussed going to Warhammer World in Nottingham and playing Force on Force or Memoir'44 on their tables! :rockman:

Depends though, if you are just into the painting side you want them to come up with new and more intricate models. I was really damn good at painting, reckon I was competition standard.

It's worth visiting Warhammer World to see the "Eavy Metal" collections of painted models, but for wargaming, I'd go with Mantics any time (who are also based in Nottingham!)

Anyone ever heard of the game "Redemption"? We used to sell packs of it for 5¢ at a store I worked at back in the day.

No, haven't heard of it? What type of game was it?

It's a game with a Christian theme. I never played it, just thought the idea was kind of quirky.
