this is the toyota world cup , the tournament cup won by manchester this year

yes it is , but there isn't in career mode . I've played with Juventus , i've won Uefa Champions League , but the next year it was only SuperCup with Uefa Cup's winner and Champions's winners and no Toyota world club cup.

There is a way to play this tournament.
This tournament is played for the Continental champions. But in FIFA, there isn't African leagues, from Asia there is just Korea....
You have to edit the championship. I've made a cup named League of The Americas, editing a tournament and putting 7 teams from Brazil, 6 from Mexico, 5 from USA and the 2 ingame from Argentina.
You could edit the FIFA World Club Championship (this is the name and not Toyota Cup anymore) using CM 09 and put, for example, The Champion and Vice Champion from UEFA Champions League, the Champion of Korea League, The Champion and Vice Champion of League of the Americas....use your imagination!
