Tournaments with national teams, where?

Just got FIFA 10 and for the life of me I can't find a way to start a (world cup like group -> elimination style) tournament for the national teams.

This must be the stupidest question yet... but I simply can't find it.

Go to CM10, then to the tournament area (the world cup logo) and click the start next to the filter button under the menu area but above the customization area on the opposite side of selecting the cup/league. Then click WC Format (world Cup format) then import the teams you want
