You can't seem to leave Rui Costa out of the arguement because you know the same exact truth I know about Totti.
I think he was referring to the post by SoloLaRoma.
And I disagree.Emerson has the right to choose where he wants to go.It's his life ,his career.Roma were the employer ,Emerson employee ,nothing more.I dont think Emerson became a special figure at Roma that they could now insult him when he left.

ok where to start, whoever said totti is not a world class player i dont know what kinda glue you have been sniffin, he scored 20 goals in the best league in the world last year and is the linchpin in the roma side that came 2nd to a fantastic ac milan side
just because of the euro incident his name has been tarnished, and unfortunately, it will be deservedly i think its sad because totti is a very upstanding man, i hope we all know of his childrens book that he made(making fun of himself) and all money going towards charity and he is a goodwill ambassador for unicef, so i find it sad that one bad incident erases his past of good work
its unfortunate with his displays with the azzurri at major competitions, euro 2000 was his breakout, where he played a huge role in there journey to the final, wc2002, trap played the wrong system for totti, he only showed glimpses of brilliance, the only thing people remember from the wc is him getting sent off, which was unjustified, euro was definitely the lowest point of his career
but the topic at hand is emerson, i was disgusted with the whole transfer saga, behind romas back making a personal agreement, oh fantastic that hes a man of his word, still dirty tactics, especially with juventus of all teams, but i do thank him for his years of service in a roma jersey, he leaves a large void, but like totti said it will be sweeter when we beat juve(knock on wood)

here are some reasons why he may have said that before cussin someone who makes more money in a month than u'll ever make in any 3 years during ure lifetimes.....
1) He is moving to a Rival team
2) Emerson was being a bitch about the transfer handling
3) He made negative comments towards Roma and Totti
4) Moving to a team that comes behind Roma almost every year. Thats really good to improve his already glistened career.
5) His attitude towards a club that made him who he is in Italian football is totally ridiculous.
think about these things before criticisin someone who makes more in a day than u do in a month of 9 to 5.....

why do ppl make such bad points, or make things up? Yes, its true that they finished behind them this season, but if you look back to ancient history, i mean go way back to the 2001/02 and 2002/03 campaigns, youll see that Juve won the leauge both times.
I think both teams will be fine in defensive mid next season, and it sets up an amazing match at Stadio Olimpico. Im glad Emerson at least wanted to stay in Italy.
